Artwork Guidelines

Thank you for choosing ACE Print! Following these guidelines will help ensure your banner looks sharp, professional, and prints correctly.

Preferred File Types

For the best results, please upload one of the following:

• PDF (Preferred)
• AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• EPS
• SVG
• PNG (High Resolution)
• JPG (High Resolution)

Logo Quality Matters

Low-resolution images downloaded from websites or social media often appear blurry when printed on large banners.

For the best print quality:

• Submit original logo files whenever possible.
• Vector artwork is preferred.
• High-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds work well.

Banner Artwork Size

You do not need to size your artwork to the final banner dimensions.

Simply provide your logo, artwork, and any text you would like included. ACE Print will prepare the layout for production and provide a proof when necessary.

Business Information

Please verify that all information submitted is accurate, including:

• Business Name
• Phone Number
• Website Address
• Social Media Information
• Taglines or Promotional Text

ACE Print is not responsible for errors that are approved during the proofing process.

Colors

Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, and tablets may appear slightly different when printed.

While we strive for accurate color reproduction, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

Proof Approval

A digital proof may be provided before production.

Please review your proof carefully for:

• Spelling
• Phone numbers
• Website addresses
• Logo placement
• Overall layout

Production will begin after proof approval.

Turnaround Time

Typical production time begins after artwork approval and may vary based on order volume and installation schedules.

If you have a specific deadline, please let us know when placing your order.
